Sports Amenities Key Registration/Replacement:
Sports Amenities Key Cards are now available to be made at our front office, by appointment only. Please call our office manager to schedule your appointment. Requirements: Name, Address and Phone Number, if you currently have an old Key Card, turn that in and exchange it for a new card at no cost. Initial cost for a Key Card is $10 per card. Replacement cost if lost or stolen, is $25 per card to cover the cost of deactivation and reactivation of the security system. Each Key Card uniquely identifies the Holder every time that it is used. If the Key Card is lost or stolen, the Card Holder must immediately notify the HOA office so that it may be deactivated to prevent entry into controlled areas. The Card Holder is responsible for securing and maintaining full control of the Key Card and its usage. If the Key Card is misused by unauthorized persons, the Card Holder is responsible for any misuse or damages. Keep in mind that all minors MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the sports amenities. Thank you
